38 X 38 ccd W BOSCAM 200MW TX

I was asked to remix a camera mount that I previously made for a small CCD camera TX to a 38x38mm CCD and 200mw Boscam TX. I had to guess on some of the dimensions since I do not have one of these cameras available. This is untested. Please provide feedback and I'll change accordingly

Update 093015 Rev A.

1. GoPro lugs were extended down ~3mm more. (I forgot to move them in my incontext design from the smaller design)

2. Tx. Box was made 2mm wider to accommodate more room for the heat sink.
