Leather Lacer/Strander/Strap Tool

Obviously based on David Morgan's lacer, but modified for my own needs.

10/25/15: First upload. I'll probably update this design or even completely change it around at some point. I might angle the blade slot 5* to the adjuster which will hopefully make trimming lace after being stretched easier, but I can already do that by angling the adjuster. Might also move the bottom screw around and make the whole thing shorter.

Right now though, it works well enough.
