Customizable Ziptie and Velcro Bike Light Mount

Remixed version, allowing for velcro attachment of flashlight instead of zipties. The STL file is for 1 inch wide velcro, assuming handlebars are roughly 26mm, and the flashlight is a similar 26mm size. Most cheap small flashlights are around 1 inch in diameter, and can be purchased for <$10 at stores such as Home Depot. Add some rubber insulating layer or such to keep items from slipping or moving as much.
