Summary

This is a holder with 6 - 13mm holes in it. This is a great little holder for files, small screw drivers, sharpies, pens, etc.

The file set in the picture was purchased from Ace Hardware in their bargain bin for $2. I HIGHLY recommend the set if you happen to have a ace hardware near by.
