Rugged Prusa i3 LC Y axis belt clamp

Reworked this thing to work with the Prusa i3 Laser Cut frame. Also removed the tensioner as it is provided on the belt idler.

The height of the clamp is designed for use with a 16mm long bolt, but this is adjustable in the scad file.
