RichRap's Quick-Fit X-Carriage for MendelMax 2.0

[EDIT] as of Q1 2016, I have well over 1000 hours of printing time on the V3.0 version of this X-Carriage - I think it's safe to say it's standing the test of time well...

Though the MendelMax 2 is wonderful - I felt it was missing something,
Then I realised what it was; RichRaps wonderful Quick-Fit X-Carriage!
I use mine quite a bit with different nozzle setups on a couple of different extruders.

I've thickened this up to 6mm for the needed rigidity from a printed carriage so adjust your screw usage accordingly...

V2.0:

2x 40mm fan mounts (screw holes) added to the opposing ends,
-PLUS several zip-tie mounting points along the body for 20 or 30mm fans.
OSHW / Reprap logo added to the body for both style and strength.
I've resized the internal geometry and cutout to make space for the new generation of all-metal hotends, the E3D and Prusa V2 should now fit nicely without needing to customise the extruder block or print spacer plates**
Left and Right handed versions available depending on your preference and extruder orientation. (since removed, as it's now trivial to flip / mirror along an axis in most toolchains - nudge me if you need a flipped version uploading)

V3.0 Update:

Massive cleanup and tidy operation on the 3D Mesh
Marginal Hole Adjustments
Modified and enlarged the central cutout hole, allowing lots more fiddle room.
Redesigned the OSHW / Teardrop logo
Generally made this all-round better (gave it more cowbell!)
