Opti-PinWheel

This is my remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:705095.
I could never get it to slice correctly (0.6 nozzle) and I do have a problem with parts fitting together properly, so I designed this using an M3 x 25 cap screw for the bearing.

I tried to design out the need for the washers, but they are a necessity for both spacing and friction reduction. Works well in a light breeze.
