This is a clamp to secure the Dremel 3000 to the Mostly Printed CNC 525 edition, which makes use of the universal mounting system.

Modified both the the lower section of HicWic's Dremel 300 mount and the upper section of stado65's Dremel 3000 mount in order to make compatible with the new universal tool mount

You can print at a better resolution but I don't see any benefit other than aesthetics. I printed in PLA with a heated bed on, but not strictly necessary.</p></div>

Post-Printing

Assembly requires:

Four M4 bolts of 20mm length
Two M4 bolts of 10mm length
Nyloc nuts

As always, don't over-tighten.

How I Designed This

I used Sketchup 2014 to remove small mounting sockets on original parts, then imported into TinkerCad to make use of the subtractive modelling to mate with the universal tool mount.
