Summary

This is a Top lid designed to fit a 75mm fan.

The fan is an old AMD CPU fan
Fan takes 4mm, but I kept with the 3mm as it's what I had nuts and screws for. 3mm x10 for length on this particular fan, may have to buy proper screws for your fan ect.

Post-Printing

Trim the edges if there's any oozing.

I placed the nuts on the receptacles and used a screw to seat them. Holds nicely

How I Designed This

Designed by taking the top plate into 123D, removing the holes for the fan. Produced the proper size components to fit my needs, placed them center, then moved them 10mm to one end to place the fan more over the mosfets. Subtracted the cylinders, combined the nut seats, and viola.
