Peon 230 Race Edition

I really enjoy the Peon 230 Designed by Tech2C!

I have made a few changes that are more for cruising and racing than much else. (Removed additional HD Cam mount)

I have changed the direction of the screws so they come in from the bottom of the arms for those everyday little woopsies.
I suggest using aluminum standoffs for the added strength and 2mm bullets for when an arm breaks so it lets the motor go instead of ripping wires out.

I have also added a default 12 deg of up tilt and made the camera mount screw into the frame to add a bit more strength and also made the frame just a little longer so the back set of standoffs can be unscrewed with out removing the rear arms.
