Parkour dude jumping over brick wall
made during a internship with the crazy Thomas Parkour dude! enjoy & remix :)
the Parkour dude is a vectorized raster image (used Inkscape) => DXF => SWX => 3d part scaled & plug connection to brick wall
the text was just scaled and fused in an angle with SWX to the brick wall
printed successful with:
PETG silver (200-230°C extruder, 90°C bed recommended)
settings used:
40% infill
210°C extruder
75°C bed (90°C part removing was almost not possible, 60°C to much warping)
~50°C cabinet
10-40% is by far enough, for wall part with text three outside layers recommended for better text quality. Text angle ~47° => no support needed on most printers.
The rectangular plug connection needs some sanding in the end to fit nice, we used a small file to do this.
cheers,
Martin & Thomas
