Hyperboloid

This hyperboloid is a type of quadric surface- or a type of mathematical surface in three dimensions. I made this object to understand more about hyperboloids for my multivariable calculus class.

This object demonstrates that every point on a hyperboloid has exactly two lines crossing through it that also lie on the hyperboloid. It also shows that a hyperboloid can be created by rotating a line around a skew line.
