2 way tiltable stand for webcam (or something)

This is a multi-part project. There is a cradle for a servo that holds a horizontally rotated disk. The cradle is inserted into a stand which holds another servo to give you vertical movement.

To make this work, you need:

• an Arduino
• two 180 degree servos
• two potentiometers http://www.partco.biz/verkkokauppa/product_info.php?products_id=17360&language=en
• battery box (optional, but see link)
• a computer to program the Arduino.
