Print on edge so the flap does not fuse to the side (see images).</p><p>Hinge has 0.25mm clearance on all sides, so down-scaling is not recommended. FreeCAD files included for easy-remix!</p><p>Coloured in with a marker, but there is some bleed into the print. Would probably recommend printing negatives in a different colour or use nail polish for more contrast.</p></div>
