Customisable double lock cable tie

Thanks to SpoonUnit for this brilliant idea. I added an option to make a cable tie with two locks/heads, to allow the cable tie to stay attached to the cable even when you untie the cable.

New features:

• Option to have two heads
• Option to indent the label
• Option to have wrinkles on each side of the label
