18650 6x5 3s Battery Grid
I designed this battery grid to use 14 and 12 gauge copper household wire and have the wire fit down inside the surface for protection (flat surface without wires protruding). The wires can run along the battery ends or between the batteries in either direction. Running wire between the batteries is needed for adding the thin fuse wires. Its intended to make a 12v battery that can be connected with others as needed, as most projects use intervals of 12 volts ( 12v, 24V, 36V, 48V, 72V). This will be a 3s battery with 10 batteries in each bank, 30 batteries total. There is a 3mm gap between batteries for good air cooling.
Of course you will need 2 of these to make one battery. I printed it with 0 infill and 0.8mm shell, and it is strong enough
