gamebuino shell case v0.42

This item is Shell-Case for gamebuino (http://gamebuino.com/).
Please output the following two STL files and assemble.

Bottom plate ; gmbn_shell_042_btm.stl
Top plate ; gmbn_shell_052_top.stl <== 10/12/2017 update.
( gmbn_shell_042_top.stl and gmbn_shell_043_top.stl are old version )

CAD file ;
gmbn_shell_042.123dx ...for Bottom plate.
gmbn_shell_052_top.123dx / gmbn_shell_052_top.stp ...for new Top plate.

And I modified and added the following two files.
gmbn_shell_043_top.123dx
gmbn_shell_043_top.stl
