Print the lid on one of the small sides, so only a pin touches the build surface. Generate support for the few mm between build plate and edge of the lid itself. It may look sketchy in your slicer, but it works.</p></div>

Post-Printing

The lid is very light and start points for layers may not be evenly distributed across the sides. This can lead to one side of the lid constantly hanging lower than the other. To mitigate this, add bit of glue to the lighter side of the lid to balance it out. Its really not much. In my case, 0.25g of glue were sufficient.
