Instructions

Cut out the pieces via laser cutter. Its optimized for 3,75mm thick plywood with the dimensions 210â€‰mm Ã—â€‰297mm (DinA4). In Germany you can use OBI-Bastlersperrholz. You can also engrave the writing like I did.

Glue the top pieces together (be sure to center them), than apply the side pieces to the inlay with some glue. You will notice, that there is only one way the side pieces fit to the inlay and the bottom because of the notches and holes. You have to carve the lower ends of sides (on my drawings the very right side) with an 45 degree angle so the fit together. At the end glue the bottom in place.

Please be aware that this is just a quick sketch and its far from being perfect. For example you have to cut the on my drawings very left notch on the two sides, because they doesn't fit to the holes of the bottom piece.
