Iphone 5 holder/charger base for Audi A3 8p adapted to serial holder card

This is a base for hold a charge iphone 5 in an Audi A3 8p. You must disassembly the holder card and after you can insert the printed base in the hollow. You also need a wire for connect iphone lightning to power for charge.
