Summary

This small jigger was designed with one side at 1 oz (29.57 ml) capacity, and the other side with 1/2 oz (14.79 ml) volume, both measured to the inner brim. The volume capacities are indicated at the bottom of each side.

Post-Printing

I print these using PLA and apply glaze coat epoxy with a fine paint brush to seal the inner walls.

The numbers inside can be difficult to see, I use a fine paint brush and acrylic paint to fill the numbers for contrast.

How I Designed This

I designed this jigger using FreeCAD. I drew the profile of the walls and rotated it around the vertical axis.

The inner wall dimensions are calculated to result in an accurate volume capacity. the outer walls dimensions are intended to minimize the overall wall thickness to be a bit over 1.5 mm, but less than 2 mm.
