for letters like A, O, D, B etc I either run a extra extrusion in the 3d model to poke out the centers or let it print and poke it out after printing.

I tried OPENSCAD and not sure I have the time to learn the program (uploaded my week attempt) I went ahead an uploaded the inventor files
