How I Designed This

The die is composed of four parts, plus a smal square dot that should serve as a pip. You can cut this squre, glue it and paint it in any color you like to create a contrast with the die, or just leave the cubes open, if you wish.

I designed this six sided die from scratch. The idea was to create a simple, low cost and effective die. This version is composed of the pieces to be cut in a laser cutter on a 3 mm. MDF board.

The design of the die was done using Inventor, and then it was modeled on AutoCAD 2017 to create and export the .stl file. The .stl file was incorporated to have a reference on how to correctly assemble the die, since the pieces can be put in many positions, and only one is correct according to the design.
