Summary

A simplified replacement part for a Maytag/Holiday NT156MW refrigerator door handle. A 1/2" ID (0.7-in OD) conduit section will be needed in addition to the parts included here.

How I Designed This

Traced a similar part's profile on paper, scanned with document scanner (Xsane), used Inkscape to create a path, imported path into FreeCAD.

In FreeCAD I extruded the trace to desired thickness, added 3 pockets, and threw some fillets on for polish.

Version 2: Changed handle through hole to 4/5 through and made counter sink for door mounting screw deeper.

Version 3: Added small surface 90-deg normal to mounting surface to prevent part from freely rotating on door.
