Summary

I wasn't a fan of how the FireS Audio FireRock FR-H001 headphone stand's thin metal would crease the padding on my cans.

This fits snugly on top of the two hangers as a bridge.

Woodfill

Grab the wood.py script. Run it with:

Layer Height: 1mm
Min Temp: as low as your filament can go.
Max Temp: as high as your filament can go.

Once printed, sand it with the grain with 100 grit up to 220 grit. The goal is to remove the cylindrical bumpiness of the individual layers until you have a mostly flat surface. If you don't get it flat enough here, the finish will make it overly shiny -- compare the picture with two of them in it.

Then stain. I used Minwax English Chestnut. I left the stain on for ~12hr before wiping off what was left.

Then finish. I used Minwax Polyurethane Satin. Follow the instructions on the can, but be very careful about sanding that first application because the color stain does not penetrate even a single layer and you will remove it incredibly quick.
