Hitec Aurora 9 or 9x Battery Cover - Extended v3 (11-2025)

Hitec Aurora 9 or 9x. Great Radio, but very limited on replacement battery options due to small case space. This cover allows me to use a 102mm x 23mm x 28mm LiFe Battery. Also, a larger back support "foot" is designed in to keep radio upright even with LCD screen attached. No need to print with support or rafts as the support is designed into the print and can be easily cut or broken off.

Note! While PLA looks great... We have found that this PLA cover will warp/shrink. Recommend PETG (my favorite color being translucent black), as I can see if I have a battery in the radio. However, Black PETG printed on Carbon Fiber Pattern Plate looks great!
