Turbine of a vacuum cleaner "Kenwood Cyclonic Jet Stream VAC" - Replacement

This replacement part was created for a damaged turbine of vacuum cleaner. The problem is how to insert the copper core into the part which shall be embedded by plastic. Finally, the copper core was taken out from the existing turbine by breaking it. Then, the coppper core was freezed in low temperature a while before hammering to the PLA printed turbine which was sunk in a heat water bath. Finally, a littel deformed in its shape.
