Weighted base for desk lamp (like IKEA TERTIAL)

Quick and easy weighted base for clamp based desk lamp (like IKEA TERTIAL).

I like my TERTIAL lamp but provided clamp never really worked for me.
I realized I can use cast iron weight plates as weighted base. I tried 5lb weight but it wasn't heavy enough. I settled with 10lb plate I picked up from https://www.dickssportinggoods.com/p/fitness-gear-10-lb-standard-cast-plate-16fgeufg10lbstdcswpl under $9 and it works great even if lamp is fully extended sideways. If you do not plan to swing arm far from base, 5lb will do fine.
Finish with some self sticking felt, cork or rubber pads glued the bottom (I prefer felt so lamp can easily slide on the top of my desk).

Base center is designed in OpenSCAD for extrusion width 0.5 mm and layer height 0.2 mm. 4 perimeters and 30% infill recommended, no supports required. Print with PETG or ABS, I would not trust PLA for this.
