6-Inch Cable Hanger

This is a quick 6-inch cable hanger that I designed to fit up inside the braces under Rubbermaid, Plano and Sterilite plastic shelving found at most big box stores in the USA. I turned one of these shelves into an electronics charging station to help organize my office.

With 3 drones, 3 DSLR cameras, 5 GoPros, 2 Canon Vixia Camcorders, 5 USB Battery Packs, LED Panel Batteries, etc, I needed a place to not only store all of the batteries on, but a flat surface to organize chargers and charging cables.

This is my solution to preventing a bunch of cables laying tangled on the shelf. I used Zip-Ties to secure this under the top shelf, drilling matching holes in the ribbing that was molded into the shelf.
