Sick of your grocery cart or buggy moving on your while you are loading groceries onto your car? You need a wheel chock!

This is a wheel chock for US standard grocery carts. It is contoured to fit that width and diameter wheel. It may work for other countries' carts; but I don't know what size their wheels are.
