meepo skateboard front light bracket

This is a bracket to allow the fitment of a front light to the meepo electric skateboard, so it faces forward instead of at the ground.

I've been through a couple of different designs and so far this one has passed the tests. It's very easy to fit, just bolt it to the front trucks and run the rubber O-ring for the light behind the pivot.

I've not printed this in PLA as i thought it may be too brittle for this purpose but it should print ok.
For printing in ABS scale all axis up by 2-3% to account for shrinkage and it should fit perfectly.

You will need to print this with supports, but only for the bolt attachment flanges, the bulged area at the top (actually the bottom when mounted) prints fine without support. I had to set my overhang angle to 80deg to prevent the slicer adding support here as it's just a waste of plastic otherwise.

This is still very much a work in progress but as is, it's perfectly functional. when I get some time I need to bring the holes back by 1mm as they are off a tiny bit (it still fits with a bit of a wiggle and some force) and I need to round off the bolt attachment blocks so they match the curvature of the deck or are at least hidden underneath it (they currently stick out a bit)

EDIT: V5 file added. moved holes back a bit and contoured mounting blocks to match board. I still need to move the holes a little bit more but it still fits, again please remember to scale up by 2-3% if you are printing in ABS or it won't fit (I forgot on the latest print!!)

Edit: V6 file added, moved mounting holes back a bit more
