UMX Radian Wing Pins V3

This set of parts are used to replace the screws that attach the wing with pins for easy setup and tear-down (with no tools) to store plane in the box. To install, remove the original mounts and replace with these, then use the pin instead of screws. The original wing mount was installed from the top. The pin version of the wing mount is installed from the bottom. The battery holder traps the wing pings from falling out and "jig's" the battery for consistent CG. The battery holder is held in by Velcro; so, you no longer use Velcro on the batteries themselves. The battery holder has sides taller than the battery to protect the battery and fuselage like a landing skid. The tab on the back of the battery holder is used to grab it for removal; you will need to file away a little flat spot in the foam fuselage for the tab. The battery holder was made for the Lectron Pro 3.7v 250mAh 45C battery, stock batteries are a little too wide for the holder.

I print these parts in ABS to make them more durable and flexible; but, PLA works. To avoid using supports: 1) Rotate the fuselage mount 8 degrees to make it lay down flat. 2) Print the pin on its side. 3) Print the battery holder upside down (use a parts fan to cool the top which prevents sagging when it bridges).
