This is a model for holding 90 mm by 103.9 mm hex tiles for board games, typically Settlers of Catan and Eclipse. It uses six 1.5 mm by 3 mm magnets.

Instructions

The model works well printed out by a Replicator 2 (2 shells, 0.30mm thickness, 90 mm/s speed, lowest fill possible).

Each hex requires six 1.5 mm by 3.0 mm magnets. Force in with a pair of pliers, or glue in if too loose.
Alternate magnet poles orientation: no side should have the same outwards polarity as its neighbours.
