North-Hills-Canopy-Pole-Nut

North Hills Swing replacement canopy nuts.

While replacing the canopy on my North Hills Swing. I broke several of the captured nuts
that hold the canopy pole to the side of the canopy frame.
We love this swing as it has the two glass tables up front and its held up well
considering we never take the canopy off or even the cushions..

Couldn't find any parts available other than the canopy itself.
I started to design with the tangs that hold the barrel in the canopy tube, but
I couldn't find an easy way to get the M6 nut inside after printing.
I didn't want to stop the printer to insert the nuts.
So I did away with the tangs and ran the M6 Hex nut all the way down to the base.
I will either glue these into the tubes or melt some of the plastic through the tang
holes in the tube with a soldering iron.
Let me know if you make this.. Just curious how many are out there.

Update:
Rev2 has slightly larger Hex hole and slightly larger hole for screw threads.
Both were to tight on test fit. Probably could just scale it up by a couple of percent
as it was just slightly loose in the pole..

Rev5 should be the last update. I finally figured out how to precisely align the centers.
Seems to fit pretty snug in the poles.
