then use heat gun to shape, I used a tin can to get basic shape, just cut top and bottom off squeeze into an oval shape, pinch bracelet to the can with fingers , then heat slowly until it starts to droop , them use other hand to mold around the can. this is about a 7 inch /180mm strap my wrist measure 8" , need to leave a 1" gap to make it easier to get on /off
