Tape Dispenser

Remix of the minimalist tape dispenser by lucibrandus
I tweaked it a bit so it's compatible with the customizer.

I also made a few minor changes:

• added detent so it holds on to the tape roll (change radius to 0 to remove them)
• made teeth (credit to mmommsen666) optional (off by default)
• to add second finger cutout back in, uncomment the code
