Ball Joint

This is a ball joint for a universally posable chain. I intend to use it to make octopus tentacles but the possibilities are endless.

This print scales well. So go ahead and make it whatever size you need.

To make the chains stronger you can run a cord or string up the center.

If you run an elastic cord the chains lock together and hold their pose.

I've included the full ball joint link, for reference but it's impossible to link too pieces together as is unless it's printed in flexible material. Instead print two of the Ball Quarters, Socket Quarters, and registration diamonds and glue them together.
