Embryo washer

As a part of our quarantine protocol here at ZIRC we needed a way to isolate eggs while quickly dipping them into various solutions such as bleach.

These little baskets are designed to keep eggs and any hatched fry contained, while letting whatever solution you set them in to permeate

There are two versions here: Mesh included, and mesh overprint.

For the mesh included one (recommended) you may have to tweak your printer settings a bit to get the holes the correct size, but its easy to print copies after you get it dialed in.

For the overprint version, you tape plastic mesh to your printer bed and print the cylinder over it, hopefully sticking firmly. This one is harder to print reliably because the nylon lets the part wiggle too much and sometimes doesn't stick to the plastic. Possibly other kinds of plastic stick better.

Update:
I'v added a 2tone version where the mesh can be printed dark while the walls are light. This may make it easier to see embryos/eggs against the mesh. This version is also a bit thicker so the 2 materials bind better.
