Perfusion Chamber
This is a design I'm working on currently with the Washburn Biology department. It is not tested for function yet, but the SCAD is provided to make adjustments for those that want to be beta testers.
The BETA-3 is a modification I've made in order to deal with the problem of fitting perfusion tubing horizontally. Basically this design makes it possible for any size perfusion tubing to be used by simply placing the tubing in a diagonal from the top (more like a traditional chamber). It also has a small reservoir to ensure that as long as the fluid level is above the aqueduct line your vacuum will remove fluid.
The top lid slide ridge currently doesn't print with my settings (0.3mm layer height), so it will be modified in a final version after BETA-3 is tested for function.
No nut catch has been added, but will be added soon.
