My old printed napkin holder looks kinda sloppy when there's only a few napkins left. The 2-piece holder posted by fastryan: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:315587 ...gave me an idea. This design was just a quicky to test it.

It works ok so it's a done deal as far as I'm concerned. Granted, it could be a lot prettier... more symmetrical.. and mechanically smoother... and stronger..

There is some clearance provided but a light sanding around the edges of the tongues and grooves will likely be beneficial.

0.30mm Z, medium speed and fill.
Per half:
With a raft: 51 min, 23g
Without raft: 41 min, 14g
