Halloween template rulers

Couldn't find any template rulers with halloween templates for our kids, so I made 2.

Template ruler 1:

• the scary bad
• the bony hands
• the evil face (for use in the pumpkin)
• the sweet pumpkin
• the dangerous spider

Template ruler 2:

• the scary witch
• the evil lurking eyes
• the cold moon
• the one star for many others
• the frightening cat
