X-Carriage LED and fan holder for Budaschnozzle

I liked t0bi's LED holder but needed a shorter version to accommodate a budaschnozzle hot end. This derivative brings the light ring 6 mm closer to the X-carriage attachment and also incorporates a slot for a 25x25x6.8mm fan.
