Summary

For all that have problems printing the full rod length in one piece I have cut the rod in halves.

Instructions

Print 1 piece each per rod and screw together with an M3x12 screw with washers on each end.
It needed a printout of this part to get me to know that a mirrored part is needed in order to fit its counterpart. I had an thinking error since the part is not fliped once but twice so this desing does not fit itselve...

well the mirrored part works well though.
I think i will leave it for now.

Printing with 0,35mm nozzle is recommended but 0,5 is also possible with some tuning.
Pictures are printed with 0,5mm nozzle.

For a full set of Rostock rods you need to print 6 half rod + 6 counter parts.

When I have some time left i will look into the design again - perhaps some light will go on the next time
