European Hinge Jig for routers

This jig allows you to use a flush trim bit to route out your european hinge openings.
You do need top-mount flush bits, I used these: https://amzn.to/2t4RRz7
I used the 12mm deep (1/2") one.
The jig is also 1/2" deep, the process is super fast, easy and accurate, just screw the jig in place with the screws for your hinge, which also marks the hole locations, adjust your router properly then drop it in slowly in the center and move around until your hole is bored exactly 12mm deep and 35mm in diameter.
