Summary

Quick conversion for those that don't have a working printer (because it doesn't have a hot end mount) but have a working laser cutter for some reason.

Instructions

Get laser. Cut material or materials of proper thickness.

I had to use an unusually large kerf offset, which might be an issue with my lazy slicing. 0.25mm or so on my laser cutter instead of 0.14 typical.

I used two different acrylic thickness to bring it up to the proper size. Mounted on my 3D printer with some M4 threaded rod and nylon compression tube fittings that I had kicking around. McMaster-Carr 50775K409, but I'm sure you can get something better if you're actually going to buy new hardware.
