Meshmixer heart

This is my first shot at meshmixer, or any mesh program. The patient may now have an enlarged heart now:(

It was HYLA'S heart - showing an aneurism on the largest artery (aorta?) nearest the actual heart; I hope it passes muster for a rookie.
