Summary

A sign to cut out with a CNC mill. It was cut on a Lobo Mill, an open source CNC mill. This weekend, or slow project, can make a hilarious sign for the woodland. Got a pond? Point this at it. Got a crazy sister? Point this at her room.

Instructions

Find a board. This will be needed for scale of the part
Cut the point on the board. I believe the angle is 60 degrees, but I could be wrong.
Nail a runner down the back of the board. This is a board nailed to the back that one clamps to hold the board when machining out the bite marks as you need to cut through. Make sure the runner boards are parallel to the edge of the board
There are 3 *.dxf files. Scale them each to match the size of the board. Print off the Layout in a 1:1 scale, tape it on, so you have a guide.
Divide up the text file into various sets according to the limits of your CNC mill. There are two points inside the bite mark areas. These were used as origin points for my mill as the limits of my mill were too far apart.
Using a ball nose mill (I used a 1/4") cut out the design.
Drill 2 or 4 holes near the base of the sign. This will be used for mounting the sign after painting. You don't want your sign to split when you put the screws into the wood when you mount it. That would suck.
Paint the whole thing brown, not caring too much about getting brown paint into the text. Paint both sides and do 2-4 coats.
Using painting tape and a knife, mask the text. I used yellow spray paint as it cost as much as normal paint, but you can also paint it with a small paint brush. Do 2-4 coats of this.
