Burgle Bros Gameboard Tower (optimized for printing)
This thing is an accessory for the three-board game Burgle Bros. It is a tower assembly to turn the game into a physical 3 floors of a building. The floors are cut from standard foamcore board and fit into slots in the towers with tabs to pinch it in place. I do not own the game but made this for my brother-in-law.
The original design of this model is a difficult and very long print. I remixed the parts to create a similar tower gameboard with minimal supports and about 34hrs of total print time.
The model still has spring tabs to hold 'floors' of 5mm foamcore board.
You need to print a total of:
4- Level1pillar
4- Level2pillar
8- BracketA
8- BracketB
2- Top_Gargoyle
1- Top_Protonpack
1- Top_stairs
1- Helipad
24 - peg
0.6mm nozzle
0.3mm layer height
2 walls
10% infill
4mm support grid (supports only needed under spring tabs: set to 5deg threshold)
I batched everything into 3 separate prints with a total of about 34hrs print time.
