Added an idler matching the pulley
Separated parameters in parameter file for the OpenSCAD users/pupils
Added "Resolution and spectra length.ods" to help you calculate diameters and spectra length

Remark: If you downloaded before today, please redo as the first version contained a glitch

Remarks:
1) File is 'parameterized' and preset for use with M3 nuts and bolts
2) This is my first OpenSCAD adventure. Hope it works out well (didn't print it myself yet as I am still building my printer).
