Home Automation Ikea roller blinds

My take on automating my Ikea roller blinds.
I am using direct drive instead of gear what works good for me.
I have used a 9VDC power supply to give enough power to the motor to get blinds up and down.

The motor i used is a ULN2003
Motor controller is a 28BYJ-48 stepper motor
The automation is done with a ESP8266

The software i am running on the ESP8266 is ESPhome and works wit Home Assistant

Buttons are used to control the blinds without automation

On the drive wheel there is small hole to fix it to the drive shaft of the motor.
The wheel is also printed with big wall layers to make a stronger.

i made 2 cases so they can be placed on the left or the right side of the window and then the button points the correct way
